  3. External Recruiter JD Management Select Manage JD and click on List Job Description

  4. External Recruiter JD Management Click on Assign Recruiter

  5. External Recruiter JD Management Assign JD to an Employee

  6. External Recruiter JD Management Login as External Employee

  7. External Recruiter JD Management Click JD and send JD to candidate

  8. External Recruiter JD Management Click on the JD responses, the applied candidates will be displayed

  9. External Recruiter JD Management Applied candidates

  10. External Recruiter JD Management Click on Take Action and Shortlist, Hold or Reject a Candidate. The selected candidates will be sent to the External Recruiter

  11. External Recruiter JD Management Log in as External Recruiter and send the shortlisted candidates to the enterprise

  12. External Recruiter JD Management The shortlisted candidates are sent to enterprise
