  1. MARK YOUR CALENDAR for Saturday, May 3, 2014. The San Leandro Sports Foundation (SLSF) is bringing back to the community of San Leandro a citywide youth track meet. The Citywide Track Meet was an iconic community event in the late 50’s through 80’s that provided an opportunity for thousands of our young student athletes to participate in a big, fun, healthy event that brought together family, friends and athletes. The event will be held at the brand new Pacific Sports Complex and Burrell Field. The day’s events will bring together hundreds of grade school student athletes from within the San Leandro community. The event will be fully staffed by volunteers from throughout the city. The day will consist of a youth track and field invitational format and a really cool adult Corporate Cup Fitness Challenge.
