Morecambe Bay In Geography We Have Been Looking At Coasts And Here Is Some Information About Morecambe Bay.
Morecambe Bay Sands... In Morecambe Bay there is a town called Morecambe where there is a golden sandy beach. In places across the bay there are quick-sand patches. Many people have been caught out in the quick-sand and have called the search and rescue teams. FACT: When the sea flows in comes in at the speed of a racing horse.
Morecambe Bay Villages... The Morecambe Bay area has many beautiful and interesting towns and villages. It is also a popular place for wildlife watching especially sea birds. A interesting landmark is the Eric Morecambe statue.
