Process and Organization • Approach, Models, and Definitions • Due to the nature of this engagement, the three-/five-/10-day Deployment Planning Service engagement does not require a specific delivery methodology, such as the Microsoft Solution Framework. • The following communications plan should still be used: <Partner Name> is the primary point of contact for <Customer>. <Customer Name> is the primary point of contact for <Partner Name>. Engagement Close-out Meeting will be held on <Date>.

Process and Organization (15-day engagement) • Approach, Models, and Definitions The 15-day Deployment Planning Service engagement is based on the Microsoft Solutions Framework, and contains elements of the following five phases: • Envisioning, Planning, Developing, Stabilizing, Deployment The engagement process will incorporate the following elements: • Communications plan • Change management • Risk and issue management
