Selecting & renaming worksheets Home Tab Cells Group Insert / Delete / Format Insert New Worksheet • Right-click Sheet 1 Tab • Rename • Type Birth Stats • Repeat for Sheet 2, renaming it Daily Weights • Delete • Right-click Sheet Tab • Select Delete from Short-cut Menu
Moving a worksheet • Change the Worksheet Order • Click Sheet 4 tab drag to new position between Birth Stats and Daily Weights • Use the guide to help you determine placement
copying a worksheet • Similar to Moving a Worksheet • Hold Ctrl Key as you drag to the new position • A small + will appear on the pointer to show that you are making a copy. • Right-Click Shortcut menu also gets you Worksheet Options to rename, copy or move worksheets
Open birthday2.xlsx • Ensure Column Widths are wide enough to hold contents and centre align cells A3 to D3. • Remove the formula in cell D10 and replace it with AutoSum button. • Rename the worksheet Home. • Make a copy of worksheet Home and rename it Park. • In the Park worksheet edit the formula in cell D11 (per child calculation) to divide by 10. • Edit the data in columns A, B and C on the Park worksheet so that it looks like this: • Save the spreadsheet as Birthday3.xlsx
