Developing a Centralized Knowledge Management Database for Canadian Bearings

Canadian Bearings is embarking on a transformative project to develop a centralized knowledge management database. This initiative aims to bridge existing disparate systems, integrate document tracking, and provide a single point of reference for internal data. By mapping and automating internal processes, we can enhance performance metrics, track progress globally across departments, and ensure version control for document tracking. This project will result in significant cost savings and improved inter-departmental communication. We are seeking to define project scope, document requirements, and evaluate technical constraints for a successful implementation.
