  3. Medical devices are effective tools to screen, diagnosis, provide treatment or to manage the disease or illness when it can't becured. Initially, in 2008, the World Health Organization (WHO) has initiated a survey globally and estimated that 1.5 million medical devices exist, in more than 10,000 types of generic devicegroups. Introduction The significant demand for the use of appropriate medical devices is to diagnose mainly the tumours to manage the clinicalinterventions.

  4. Difference Between Tumour andCancer Clinicians systematic reviewbetter understand the difference between tumours and cancers, where tumours are considered as a mass of cells and cancers are the life- threateningtumours. It becomes essential to use efficient medical devices to capture the circulating tumour cells in the bloodstream to provide potential evidence for early detection ofcancer. A novel, sophisticated technology of medical devices has been introduced to detect the tumour cells through a noninvasiveprocedure.

  5. Cytophone Clinical Researchershave designed a device called cytophone which detects cancer- causing cells inside the patient'sbody. This device shots the laser pulses on the blood vessels of a person's hand that is fixed in a customized holder. When the laser beams catch the passing through melanoma cells, it heats the pigment inside and produces sound waves that are detectable by an ultrasoundtransducer. This device can detect circulating tumours in skin cancer patients and also detects small bloodclots.

  7. Novel DiagnosticDevice A novel device which is ultrasensitive is used to detect mainly ovarian cancer even in the minimum amount of plasma or in patient's blood droplet is the lab-on- a-chip. In this scientific researchtechnique, it combines and senses with the biological elements depending on the herringbone pattern, and pushes the exosomes in contact with the chip's which is more efficiently sensing surface and this process is known as"mass transfer".

  8. Figure 2: A novel diagnostic device which is ultrasensitively invented to detect cancer from a blood or plasmadroplet.

  9. WearableDevice Another device developed by Michigan engineers and doctors was a wearable device, which could accurately diagnose and treat cancer moreeffectively. This device was experimented on animals initially, and observed circulating tumour cells in the blood and was captured to eliminate tumour cellspermanently. Further, scientific analysisin the process of development, the gadget that filters the blood was used to diagnose and later used to treat metastatic cancer inhumans.

  11. Conclusion These devices bring out early and effective detection of disease withthe noninvasiveprocess. Its potential evaluation might provide accurate information to doctors to treat their patients at the initialstage. As the diagnosis through medical devicesis comparatively cheaper, easier and reliable to producean accurate diagnosis, further scientists would expand the applications of the medical devices in detecting other variousdiseases.
