  3. In the USA, some states have the death penalty while others do not

  4. Different states use different methods of death. Used in Arizona, California, Missouri, and Wyoming Lethal injection in most states Firing squad in Oklahoma Delaware, New Hampshire & Washington as a back up Electrocution in 8 states

  8. Interesting Question? • Out of all of the serial killers I mentioned, how many actually got the death penalty for their crimes?

  9. Conclusion • There are no easy answers in considering the death penalty. • There are problems with racism and the inhumanity of punishment, especially if it is later learned that we killed the wrong man. • But there is also the issue of the victims what should be done to vindicate their pain and their loved one’s loss. • It is for each of us to carefully decide what we should do about the death penalty.
