  4. Following Up • Make follow up calls 3-5 days before the Team Captain Kick Off Luncheon to everyone that sent an RSVP • Make follow up calls 5-7 days before the Team Captain Kick Off Luncheon to the top 20% of your invitation list that has not responded with an RSVP

  7. LUNCH IS OVER – NOW WHAT?Assess Your Attendance Compare your KOL guest list to your Team Captain list (present and past). Identify those who SHOULDhave been there but weren’t.

Those who WERE there & • Those you believe SHOULD have been there: • (Past Team Captains, New Team Captains, Board Members, Volunteers, Mental Health Agencies, Other Organizations / Professionals, etc.) What? Follow Up Email Blast Use your database to send a progress report of the KOL event by email to all registered Team Captains and potential Captains. • Highlight the success of the KOL • Include a few pictures • Recognize sponsors • Give tips on Team Fundraising • Tell them what they missed! • Encourage them to REGISTER NOW!
