This operational transition project aims to safely and efficiently move 128 patients from Pavilion H to Pavilion A by May 2011. We will measure total cycle time and track the Patient Census Report throughout the process. Our strategy involves mapping the current state processes, testing small cycles of change, developing standard work procedures, and implementing necessary changes in daily operations. Key stakeholders include Executive Sponsors Ann Smith and Janice Marks, along with project owners and team leaders. The kickoff meeting is scheduled for July 22, 2010, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
