  2. CASARA Policies • Placed by Dulude, Taylor Inc. • Policy Terms: May 1, 2014 to May 1, 2015 • Property Coverage • Aviation General Liability • Aviation Non-Owned Aircraft Hull & Liability • Personal Accident • Directors & Officers Liability

  3. Property • Covers the contents at: • 3025 Unit C Ness Avenue, Winnipeg, MB • Also provides Commercial General Liability • Limit $2,000,000 per occurrence (this is primarily to cover the use of Non-Owned Vehicles used on CASARA business) within Canada and the USA

  4. Aviation General Liability • Premises and Operations Liability • Limit $5,000,000 per occurrence • Host Liquor Liability • Tenants Legal Liability - Limit $500,000 • Products and Completed Operations Liability • Limit $1,000,000 per occurrence/in the aggregate

Non-Owned Aircraft Hull • Non-Owned Hull for Wheel/Ski/Float Aircraft • Limit $350,000 • Deductible $1,000 each loss • Rotor Wing/Ultralight/Experimental/Military Aircraft Excluded • Pilots • Private Pilot over 18 years old • 150 hours Total Time, and 50 hours on type or; • Less than 150 hours if accompanied by a pilot-navigator with 150 hours Total Time. • Spare Parts • Limit $729,000 (maximum $30,000 any one location)

Non-Owned Aircraft Liability • Non-Owned Liability • Limit $10,000,000 per occurrence • For aircraft with no more than 30 CASARA members on board at any one time (regardless of aircraft size) • Policy Territory: Canada, Continental United States of America (excluding Alaska), the French Islands of St. Pierre and Miquelon, the Republic of Mexico or the Bahamas Islands and Greenland or while enroute between these places. • Coverage does apply while operating in or over Alaska only when aircraft must cross the border on a search or be required to refuel.

  7. Personal Accident • Accidental Loss of Life and Dismemberment • Limits: $300,000 per life $5,000,000 per accident • Policy Territory: Worldwide • Applies to: • Directors: 24 hours Business and pleasure • All active members: while on CASARA activities

  8. Directors and Officers • To protect the D’s and O’s of CASARA • Limit $1,000,000 per occurrence/in the aggregate • Applies to: Directors, Officers, Trustees, Volunteers, or Employees.

  9. Claims From 1996 Personal Accident • July 7, 1996: Paid $300,000 (3 x $100,000) under Death Benefits • March 21, 1999: Paid $6,104 for a back injury • November 8, 2008: Paid $300,000 under Death Benefit Aviation • July 7, 1996: Non-Owned Aircraft Hull – Paid $40,904 • July 4, 2002: Non-Owned Aircraft Hull – Paid $17,063 • October 24, 2004: Non-Owned Aircraft Hull – Paid $19,000 • November 8, 2008: Non-Owned Aircraft Hull – Paid $78,200 • December 19, 2009: Spares Damage – Paid $16,307
