Eat Fresh Fruit • All of us know, the easiest way to eat fruits :buy, cut and eat them. • But, how lucky we are if we know the right way to consume it
Eat fruit in the right way • You HAVE TO : eat fruit when your stomach is not full, NOT as desserts • Eating fruit this way can give more energy to reduce body weight and to do some activities. It can also detoxify toxin from our body.
Eat fruit in the right way • Say you eat two pieces of bread and then one piece of fruit • Fruits digested faster then bread. But, if you eat the bread first, it can hinder fruits to be digested. • Sometimes, the yeast in bread turns into acid, and this will makes fruit useless in stomach. • That is why you’re recommended to eat fruit when your stomach is not full.
Listen to their complaint… • Every time I eat durian, I belch • Every time I eat banana, I feel that I want to go to wash room.. • It wouldn’t happen if we eat fruit when our stomach is not full. The fruit that consumed with another food can become rotten and make flatulence.
More info… • If you need to drink fruit juice, drink only the fresh fruit juice, not from juice cans • Heating the fruit can reduce the vitamin in fruit. • Eating the fresh fruit is better than drinking the fresh fruit juice.
