  1. examining Reality Combining religion and science By Wayne A. Knight 25 Nov 2012

  2. Mass Our Greatest Delusion

  3. Mass There is a lot of space in the Universe There is a lot of space between objects There is a lot of space between atoms There is a lot of space between nucleuses and their electrons There is a lot of space between objects in nucleuses Eventually you are left with nothing but space

  4. There is no mass Mass is simply nonexistent the fact that the vast majority believe mass exists does not change its non existence Mass is like the concept that the Earth was flat (Earth was never flat even though the vast majority believed it was for centuries)

  5. Energy The Solution

  6. “Mass” = Energy Every “thing” in the universe is really composed of energy bundles

  7. Everything is Energy Space is not empty but filled with energies All things visible and invisible are composed of energy - exclusively

  8. Energy Defined

  9. Laws The “Laws” of Physics as they relate to “Mass” are inadequate to explain or understand reality E=MC2 Is a delusion Gravity’s pull on an object is related to its energy not its “mass” World view changes radically

  10. Laws The order of the Universe is governed by the Laws of Energy Many of these Laws have not been defined because of our infatuation with “mass” Our current understanding of energy is that it is various waves (cell phone waves, light waves, sound waves, etc. We have a hard time conceptualizing the desk or me as pure energy

  11. Absolute Truth Absolute truths are found in the definition of energy and the relationships energy sources have to and with each other. We want to believe that the board in front of the class is reality But the board changes depending on one’s view of it.

  12. Energy Perspective The form of an energy source depends on the perspective of the observer

  13. Reality Reality is relative to the beholder. Said another way: “Reality is not absolute”

  14. Closed systems The Universe is a closed system Therefore the amount of energy in the Universe is constant This is very different form the current view that says the Universe is ever expanding and its energy is limitless

  15. Universe The Universe curves in on itself (we live in a bubble) Proven by Hubble Telescope The Universe is a “closed” system of energy the amount of energy in the system remains constant The forms energy takes within the Universe are in flux

  16. Objects in the Universe Energy sources (lights, walls, people, relationships, love, etc.) in the Universe are “open” energy systems They exchange energy with other energy sources in the Universe Touch the top of your desk

  17. The Interdependence of Energy Energy does not exist as an independent state “things” are interdependent on each other

  18. Types of energy Energy sources with specific forms/boundaries Energy that has realized its potential (a book, computer, light, door, etc.) Energy sources without specific form (no boundaries) Energy that has realized its potential but has no defined boundaries (air, water, etc.) Energy that is in the possibility state

  19. Energy Forces Energy is always in relationship with other energy sources, except when talking about the total energy of the Universe Energy Forces have boundaries They are in relationship with other energy forces

  20. Energy Forces Identify the energy forces in this slide (Hint there are over 15)

  21. Boundaries Each energy field has particular “boundaries” which can and does interact with other energy fields These actualized ideas have specific and defined relationships which determine how each energy force interacts with other energy fields

  22. Boundaries Boundaries between energy forces are the key to their power Power of “touch” allows the transference of energy from one source to another

  23. Boundaries and Mass Boundaries viewed as “mass” create delusion. We think of our fingers as a separate part of our body but they are not

  24. Boundaries and Energy If we see our fingers as energy extensions of our body we have near limitless possibilities to explore our universes We can actually “touch” other ideas (energy forces) and interact with them

  25. Energy Transfer Alters source When an energy source is in contact with dissimilar energy source(s) its energy is altered by the exchange (entropy) (a picture “ages” over time) When an energy source is in contact with similar energy sources its energy is renewed (a sheet of paper that is in a stack of papers entropies only at the exposed edges.)

  26. Exchange of Energy inRealized Energy sources Energy is transferred across all contact surface sites Picture on a wall Transfers energy to the wall Transfers energy to the air Transfers energy to the wall hanger Transfers energy to the nails Transfers energy to the eye of the beholder (via light energy) And these sources transfer energy to the picture

  27. Principle The greater amount of contact the primary energy source has with the secondary sources the greater the amount of energy transfer between the sources.

  28. Intensified Energy When an energy source is encapsulated in a similar energy source the exchange between the two sources is dissimilar. The greater energy source will transfer energy at a greater rate than the lessor source

  29. Example 2 Units of Healing Power Outside the body • Outside the body 1 Unit of Healing Energy in the body The exchange rate of energy from outside the body to the body will be greater than the exchange rate from the body to the outside. (The larger the difference the faster the healing.)

  30. Principle No energy is “lost” in the Universe. (Common misconception is that in energy exchanges heat is produced and is “lost” [that is interaction between two or more energy sources diminishes the amount of energy in a system]) The creation of “heat” is a delusion associated with Mass

  31. Consequences Energy routinely transfers power from one source of energy to another This is the power of the Universe This power can be harnessed.

  32. Types of energy Science defines two kinds of Energy sources: Kinetic energy doing work (in motion) (A ball falling) Potential Energy at rest (not in motion) A rock setting on a cliff is said to have potential energy

  33. Consequence Potential energy does not exist all energy is in motion maintaining its “form” or defining its boundaries

  34. Energy in the Universe Reality occurs simultaneously throughout the Universe When something happens on Earth other events are happening elsewhere in the Universe at the same time Energy in one part of the Universe is accessible to other energy sources in other parts of the Universe Some of these events can share energy -- not dependent on their location in the Universe

  35. Ideas pass through a filter World view that includes mass Net result - Delusion World view that says everything is energy Net result - Truth

  36. Free Will Free will is the act of having original ideas, naming those ideas and participating in bringing them to fruition Without Free Will life is an illusion and a cruel hoax Thus God is not omniscient (all knowing)

  37. Predestination If predestination exists then everyone is exempt from any consequences of their actions (They were all predestined) Not Guilty!

  38. Responsibility I alone bear the responsibility for my actions is delusional We bear the responsibility of our actions I am not independent from others therefore we share responsibilities for each other’s actions

  39. Consequence “Me” as an independent being does not exist To define “Me” takes two entities, me and everything that is not me We are interdependent

  40. Energy Flow

  41. Energy As Idea

  42. States of Reality Something may be on, off or somewhere in between Something may be black or white or some color in between One can say “Yes” and while another says “No”, both can say “Yes”, both can say “No” both can say nothing, One can say Yes and the other nothing, One can say “No” and the other nothing and one or both can something entirely different, etc. There are a lot of possibilities!!!

  43. State of Possibility Stage before something becomes reality Limited only by imagination of the beholder Larger than reality (Most of us see “things” after they have realized their possibility) “Real” but still fluid

  44. Power of Prayer Derives from seeing the world as energy not mass Energy can and does pass from one energy source to another We can totally dismiss “Mass” as reality – we can access near unlimited power

  45. Orientation of Energy Flow Ideas start from a specific orientation: Me in opposition to everything else Me + Others Others (not including me) Things (Not including me) Me + Things

  46. Energy flow Can happen near instantaneously Can occur over a prolonged time

  47. Results of Actions 1. Actions can result in the benefit of one party and the determent of another party 2. Actions can result in the determent of all parties 3. Actions can benefit all parties 4. Actions can neither benefit or be a determent to all parties 5. Actions can benefit one party and be neutral to other parties 6. Actions can be a determent to one party and neutral to other parties Results 3, 4 and 5 are optimal options

  48. Philosophy of the 3 W’s God Wins There is something higher than myself and I need to answer to that power Others Win or are not affected It is important that what I do benefits others or that my actions do not affect others I Win I do not participate to loose W W W

  49. Idea Stopper

  50. Idea Looses Potential An unnamed idea Once thinking stops – the idea is lost Dreams Thoughts Visions Vanish if not named Possibility ceases to exist
