IPCWLM project status review • Status to date: • Preliminary technical investigations and clarifications to prepare IPCWLMS implementation: Done • Work on legacy reclassification: on-hold until Residual Working Lists produced by IPCWLMS are analyzed • IPCWLMS Implementation started on November 2018 • Infrastructure and Simulation on IPC 2019.01 • Transfer of IPCRECLASS functionality: just started

IPCWLMS infrastructure and simulation site • Simulation files and context in which files were produced • Partial involvement of Offices in testing phases • Communication to offices about the simulation context • IPC version used: 2019.01 • Version of DOCDB XML: August 2018 • The list of IP5, ISA, Full level, main-group level, and DIY offices ST.3 codes

Main outcomes of the IPCWLMS- 2019.01 Simulation testing • No concrete example was found which proved the non-compliance of the simulation with the agreed Distribution Algorithm (see project CE 492 Annex 18) • Nevertheless, issues related to consequences of its application or from missed requirements in the simulation reports were reported • Thus it is proposed that the IB will further proceed the development of IPCWLMS • An additional iteration of testing based on recent update of DOCDB XML and improved simulation reports may occur on volunteering Offices demand

  6. IPCWLMS summary of timelines • Q1 2019: Testing of New WL distribution algorithm + WL files simulation • IPCWLMS Implementation phase 2: Q4 2019
