IPCRECLASS What happened since CE44? • IPCRECLASS Move into production April 2012 • RESIDUAL Working Lists uploaded for 2009, 2010, 2011 (June 7) • Low number of reclassification see QC013 annex 6 • CE446 project for feedback from offices • Upload of 569431 working lists for IPC 2013.01 (Oct. 31) • training session for offices February 26, 2013 (training support under IEF CE446 )

  4. IPCRECLASS project status Recent developments: • IB considered some CE446 suggestions • Import of result List fixed • Access for offices to their IPCRECLASS logs • Special operation mode

  5. Special Operations Mode (SOM) e.g. during upload of WLs by WIPO

IPCRECLASS open questions Office feedback from offices (see IEF CE446): • Performance issues? • Symbols at family level e.g. several « first » • ST.8 format not accepted by IPCRECLASS =>Not up to date Result list DTD (ST. 8 format , mandatory date ) • Notification about reclassification done by another office on a WL they are responsible for (stage 1b and 2)

  8. IPCRECLASS project perspectives Planned actions: • Consider implementation of default transfer for stage 3 • Solution needed to inform MCD about reclassification item done with no change • Explicit deactivation of old symbols in all result lists exported IPCRECLASS
