Different needs • Share (temporary, private) • Document (save/retrieve/search/find) • Control (document decisions) The likelyhood of something being uploaded to a document management system is inversely proportional to the effort it takes. This is especially important for things that do not formally need to be saved in such a system.

DocDB • Simple to upload • Easy to upload • Quick to upload • Multiple ways to upload • Unique document number that can be referenced • Short permanent web links that can be referenced • Version handling • Search by author, topic, keyword, event etc • Email distribution list (subscription • Calendar • Simple event management • Simple document sign-off
