CSMM Working Group Meeting: Team Introduction and Agenda Overview

The CSMM Working Group meeting brought together key members from various institutions in high-energy physics and astroparticles for a collaborative discussion. Chaired by Christian Helft from LAL in Orsay, the meeting aimed to establish group dynamics, define work processes, and outline goals for the future. Presentations covered topics like videoconferencing systems used at CERN and other major HEP centers, as well as strategies for effective gatekeepers deployment. This meeting sets the foundation for an ongoing collaboration within the group.
