You can also utilize social media platforms for fundraising. Remember, 90% of all funds raised return to the club!   6. Step 2: Collect Pledges • Raiseathon is a full online (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) pledge system. • This system does not require door to door collection. You can use Face Book, Email, Linked In, or Worldwide connections. • For everyone’s convenience, paper pledge sheets will also be available through the club. • Remember 90% of all monies raised will come back to the club (Remaining 10% allotment: 5% to Swim Ontario, 3% to Swim Canada, 2% to Pay Pal)

  7. Cash Donations • If a swimmer accepts cash or cheque, and donor requests a receipt ($10 or more), we would ask parents or guardians to use their credit card to process the transaction. OR • Any cash or cheque donations requiring a receipt could be forwarded to the club to be processed by the Swim-a-thon Committee.
