  7. 2000 – 5th summer 7300 personal 11 person team 16,800 units, # 1 Europe 2 wanted to be like me

  9. 2001 – 6th summer 20 person team 17,823 units, # 1 in Europe 10 people wanted to be like me!! 2 of those are now DSLs and 2 of the people they recruited are now DSLs too!! Base units – 31,410

  10. Lead a team

  11. 2002 – 7th summer Crew size – 4 Could teach others to recruit 50 % finished Couldn’t teach them to lead Base units – 61,729

  13. 2003 – 8th summer 5 club med winners, crew size 6 80% retention and 53/116 back In school teams 3 in top 10 Base units – 139,772
