  2. Marketing Objectives Position BMA to specifically target their industry 24hours per day Identify 4HI as being a powerful and effective tool to assist BMA achieve top of mind awareness with safety and their workers.

  3. Concept …. A winning partnership for both The Emerald Radio Centre and BMA …. 12 month continuous advertising across all 10 frequencies directly to all site personnel including exclusive sponsorship of Miners Overnight, live credit mentions, emergency notices, a 30 second commercial campaign to suit all of your needs – along with a dedicated announcer.

What You Will Receive: • As The Exclusive Sponsor with a 12 month commitment and forming ‘The Partnership’ • Full naming rights of Miners Overnight, specifically targeting your staff on your behalf • 720 x Credits / programme pointers highlighting your show through out the day • 1320 x Credits throughout the comedy sections of your sponsorship • 1200 Live mentions throughout Breakfast and Miners Overnight • The Rights to Emergency Notices aired live if required • 4800 x 30 second commercials to suit your requirements ie: safety messages • Your own Dedicated Announcer to your show to broadcast safety information, changes in work arrangements/shifts, directly to your site personnel etc • A dedicated phone number for all of your personnel to allow interaction and input into the show

Your Commitment to Us: • From April 2009 to March 2010 • we require $29389.00 + GST per month • Upon yr 12 month commitment we are only too happy to offer you in addition to the above • 900 x 30 second commercials to be placed throughout your show across the year • Along with all copy and production of your commercials at no charge

Radio Advertising Proposal Terms & Conditions I __________________________ accept the above advertising program presented and hereby agree to adhere by the terms and conditions supplied to me. __________________________ ________________________ Client Authority SignaturePrint Name & Position Emerald Radio Centre payment terms are strictly 30 days net. To open an account, a credit application must be completed and received by Emerald radio centre at least 5 working days prior to broadcast; Alternatively, other payment methods are by cheque, major credit cards or by Electronic Funds Transfer; Emerald Radio Centrealso require 28 days notice in writing should any variation or cancellation to this contract be required; This advertising solution and the quoted costing are valid until close of business on Friday 27th March 2009 Should a decision not be made by this time the rates quoted may be subject to change and the placement of commercials as set out in this proposal.
