  20. SHARING PEACE(Welcome) Christ is our peace. We gather in His name and share His peace. The peace of the Lord be with you. Response And also with you

  21. 2 Timothy 1: 1-14 1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, in keeping with the promise of life that is in Christ Jesus, 2 To Timothy, my dear son: Grace, mercy and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord. 3 I thank God, whom I serve, as my ancestors did, with a clear conscience, as night and day I constantly remember you in my prayers. 4 Recalling your tears, I long to see you, so that I may be filled with joy. 5 I am reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also. 6 For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands. 7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. 8 So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me his prisoner.

  22. Rather, join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God. 9 He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time, 10 but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. 11 And of this gospel I was appointed a herald and an apostle and a teacher. 12 That is why I am suffering as I am. Yet this is no cause for shame, because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him until that day. 13 What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus.14 Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you—guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us. Reader: This is the word of the Lord. Response: Thanks be to God.

  23. Luke 17: 5 -10 Reader: This is the gospel of Christ Response: Praise to Christ our Lord. 5 The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!” 6 He replied, “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you. 7 “Suppose one of you has a servant plowing or looking after the sheep. Will he say to the servant when he comes in from the field, ‘Come along now and sit down to eat’? 8 Won’t he rather say, ‘Prepare my supper, get yourself ready and wait on me while I eat and drink; after that you may eat and drink’? 9 Will he thank the servant because he did what he was told to do? 10 So you also, when you have done everything you were told to do, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.’”

  25. THE APOSTLES’ CREED I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. GOD

  26. He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Church universal, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

  27. INTERCESSION Let us pray for the Church and the nations, and let us thank God for His goodness.

  28. A Prayer For International Community Centre God our gracious heavenly Father, we thank you for leading and guiding us. Continue to pour Your Holy Spirit upon our hearts and bless this mission and ministry of the International Community Centre. Assist us to faithfully and sincerely share the gospel and witness your saving love to people around us. Give us grace to humble ourselves and serve others like Jesus who was the Servant of all. We ask this in Jesus’ gracious name. Amen.

  29. Sweet Hour of Prayer Sweet hour of prayer! sweet hour of prayer! That calls me from a world of care,And bids me at my Father’s throneMake all my wants and wishes known. In seasons of distress and grief,My soul has often found relief,And oft escaped the tempter’s snare,By thy return, sweet hour of prayer!

  30. Sweet hour of prayer! sweet hour of prayer! The joys I feel, the bliss I share,Of those whose anxious spirits burnWith strong desires for thy return! With such I hasten to the placeWhere God my Savior shows His face,And gladly take my station there,And wait for thee, sweet hour of prayer!

  31. The Offertory Prayer Yours, Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the splendour, and the majesty; for everything in heaven and on earth is yours. All things come from you, and of your own do we give you.

  32. HOLY COMMUNION Pastor: The Lord is here! All: His Spirit is with us. Pastor: Lift up your hearts. All: We lift them to the Lord. Pastor: Let us give thanks to the Lord our God. All: It is right to give thanks and praise.

  33. Beloved, we recalled that on the night our Lord Jesus Christ was betrayed, He took bread and gave thanks. He broke it and gave it to His disciples saying: “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”

  34. In the same way after supper, He took the cup and gave thanks; He gave it to them, saying: “Drink this, all of you; this is My blood of the new covenant which is shed for you and for many for the forgiveness of sins. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”

  35. Christ has died. Christ is risen. Christ will come again!

  36. Prayer of Humble Access We do not presume to come to your table, O merciful Lord, trusting in our own righteousness, but in your manifold and great mercies. We are not worthy so much as to gather up the crumbs under your table, but you are the same Lord, whose nature is always to have mercy: Grant us therefore, gracious Lord, so to eat the flesh of your dear Son Jesus Christ, and to drink his blood, that our sinful bodies may be made clean by his body, and our souls washed through his most precious blood, and that we may evermore dwell in him, and he in us. Amen.

  37. THE LORD’S PRAYER Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are Yours now and forever. Amen.

  38. Draw near with faith. Receive the body of our Lord Jesus Christ which He gave for you, and His blood which He shed for you. Eat and drink in remembrance that Christ suffered and died for you, and feed on Him in your hearts by faith with thanksgiving.

  39. A PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING Almighty God, we thank you for feeding us with the body and blood of your Son Jesus Christ. Through Him, we offer you our souls and bodies to be a living sacrifice. Send us out in the power of your Spirit to live and work to your praise and glory. Amen.

  40. BENEDICTION Christ give us grace to grow in holiness, to deny ourselves, take up the cross, and follow him; And the blessing of God almighty, Father, Son and Holy Spirit be with each one now and always. Amen.
