Pact of Amsterdam30 May 2016 Establishes the Urban Agenda for the EU, a unique form of informal, multi-level cooperation Improving the urban dimension in EU law- and policymaking and strengthening the position of cities in the EU. Has three key objectives: Better regulation Better funding Better knowledge

  6. Partnerships Cities, Member States, EU institutions and stakeholders work together in partnership. Case-based approach to deliver concrete results through Action Plans. Partnerships workwill contribute to sustainable, livable cities for all European citizens.
