  5. Contract Term • Five-year period of performance • No renewal options

  6. Scope of Work PURPOSE • The City, on a rental basis, is in need of portable pumps and liquid conveyance equipment for liquid diversion • Discharge sizes for portable pumps may range from two to twelve inches, with a need for larger sizes possible. • This equipment is utilized for pumping, de-watering, and spill-protection needs. BACKGROUND • Approximately 80% of service utilization is anticipated to be on an emergency or after-hours basis.

  7. Scope of Work Contractor’s Responsibilities: • Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, administration, and supervision necessary for service delivery and pick-up • All removal/pick-up of equipment shall be within standard operating hours • Removal/pick-up shall occur within 24 business hours of request • The billing period for rental charges shall cease after notice
