  2. ANSWER NOW: Sketch a telescope. • SECOND GOAL: understand why we need telescopes, how a telescope works, and that you need different scopes for different reasons/types of light.

  3. Here are 3 Telescopes • Split into 3 groups. One person record. One person report back. Everyone contribute. • Identify the different parts of your telescope. You don’t need to use the right words, but pick out and give a name to each of the parts you think is important. • Good Example: the tube – very important. • Bad Example: the screws holding something together. Do I care? No.
