  5. RECONNAISANCE • Collect Information • No. of UCs; • Details of Officials; • No. of CCBs; • Budget at all tiers level; • Identification of Caterer; • Identification of logistics; • Identification of Venue. • Familiarization with area (geo-cultural) • Analyze Situation (socio-political)

  7. ADVANCE MOBILIZATION • Contact with Each UC • Reach to each targeted participants • Attendance • Extend invitation to all councilors • Signing of MoU • Follow-up of your invitation • Ensuring attendance in Orientation Meeting • Registration on OM

  8. CONTENTS OF MOBILIZATION MEETING • Your Introduction; • Purpose of your visit; • Brief Intro of DTCE; • Explanation of MoU (Urdu Version); • Invitation of DTCE Orientation Meeting; • Answers of queries if any; • Signing of MoU (English Version)

  9. ORIENTATION MEETING • Complete setting of PENDAL, a day earlier; • Registration of Participants; • Stage Conduct; • MNA, MPAs, VVIP of the area; • Documentary film on multi-media; • Cheque distribution; • Closing; • Feedback/ Thanks giving

  10. FOLLOW UP • Meeting with Local CSO • Preparation of Training Plan • Initiation of Training Plan • Coordination meeting with EDO-CD, Registration Officer, IME CSO, Press Club and Bar Association
