Serviceteamets ansvar: - HR, ansættelse og trivsel - Ansættelser og drift af servicekontoret - Jura, skatteforhold - Kommunikation - hjemmeside - Økonomi, løn & Regnskab, stordriftsaftaler - afvikling af repræsentantskabsmøder. - repræsentant i ad hoc konliktråd- koordination af ad hoc konfliktråd-Forberede og gennemfør Nationalråds- samlinger med lederen af tjenesteteam • Nationalrådets ansvar: • - Godkende regnskab og budet • - Udpege folk til serviceteam • - Udpege tjenesteam leder • - Eksklusion af menigheder efter indstilling fra tjenesteam/seviceteam/supervisor • - Ændring af tiltrædelseserklæring • Godkendelse af associerede menigheder • Ledes af tjenestem leder i samarbejde med lederen af serviceteamet National Råd (repræsentantskab) Lokal Menighed Service kontor TjenesteteamTeamleder Serviceteam Teamleder Supervisor Regional samling national samling AKM AKBU Supervisorens ansvar: - tilsyn med menighedernes efterlevelse af tiltrædelseseklæring. - Forvaltning af akkreditering - Bistand i lokale spørgsmål som ikke kræver konfliktråd - Repræsentant i ad hoc konfliktråd- Står til ansvar for tjenesteteamet • Tjenesteteamets ansvar: • - Akkreditering af tjenester • - Afholdelse af årlig national tjenestesamling • - Afholdelse af årlig regional tjenestesamling • - Samling og koordinering af supervisorer • - Udpege en som indgår i serviceteamet • - Repræsentant i ad hoc konfliktråd • - Den afgørende stemme i konfliktråd. • Koordination af mission (evt. bemyndige) • Udvikling af ledere Konfliktråd
