Survey is designed for: • Follows 2006 and 2008 surveys • Determining whether the targets set in the PD for 2010 have been met In the process the Survey will: • Stimulate broad-based dialogue • Promote agreements on specific actions • Generate an accurate description of how aid is managed 2011 Survey

MANAGING THE SURVEY • A National Coordinator • Manage the 2011 Survey in a timely and transparent manner. • Ensure that government and donors are fully informed and take part in the Survey. • Convene and chair the various meetings needed to complete the Survey. • Support donor and government representatives in completing the survey. • Ensure quality control and consistency in the responses provided. • Submit survey results to the OECD Secretariat by 31 March 2011. 2011 Survey

MANAGING THE SURVEY • Donor Focal Point • Facilitate the collection of data from all (no later 28 February 2011). • Consolidate survey data in the Country Spreadsheet. • Make available survey data and relevant information to the National Co-ordinator • Help the National Co-ordinator mobilise the financial or human resources that are needed to manage the Survey in a timely way. 2011 Survey

  8. WHAT HAS CHANGED IN THE 2011 SURVEY? • Revised definitions and guidance. Donors and countries are invited to rigorously comply with. • The qualitative assessments in the 2011 Survey have been deepened. • Dquestionnare -additional question Q d5 –ODA “delegated” through another agencies • Gov.questionnaire (indic 1, 11) has been enhanced • Indicator 12- mutual accountability is assessed through tree questions presented in the Gov.Questionnaire. 2011 Survey
