Escalation www.onlineschoolsolutions.com • The student escalation process is intended to make an effort to engage extremely disengaged students. • No log in for 30 days • No contact with the student despite attempts • OLS – escalate every 2 weeks to advisors (2/18) • Bb and eC – escalate every 2 months to Beth (2/15 and 4/15) • Changes in Michigan to the process: • JST HS students (MI eC sections) and MVCA eC students will not be escalated…ever • Bb students and Troy eC students will continue to be a part of the process If you have a mentor or learning coach who is non-responsive, you may use the mentor/learning coach escalation process as well.

Looking at the numbers…700+ sections in eC, 200+ sections in OLS and 200+ sections in Bb… Course checks have begun! Please email me confirmation of your classes being correctly set up within 4 working days of receiving the course.

List of seniors • 2. 3 calendar reminders: JST end dates for seniors this spring: --5/8 --5/17 --5/20 --5/29 Note: Not all 12th graders in our MI/JST sections will be on the senior graduation list! After you receive the senior list: Notify senior students on list Have student come up with a written plan to work ahead at some point in the course to finish on time. You MUST approve the plan. *One week left *Student end date *Student grades sent to me
