  3. INTRODUCTION Consolidator • Effective from ship sail of Sept 01, 2004 onwards, APLL will be the consolidator to fully handle both CFS and CY shipment ex Hong Kong and China. Document Collection • APLL will be totally responsible for shipment booking, document collection for all CFS and CY shipments. No Document, No Book • Graco requires vendors to submit 3 sets Commercial Invoice and Packing List at the time of booking. • Documents MUST be complete and correct.

Booking • For CFS shipment, vendors book with APLL 7 – 10 calendar days before delivering cargo to APL Logistics Warehouse. • Use the Shipping Order Form provided by APL Logistics. • Prepare shipping order by PO by Style. • Vendors fill out the APLL Shipping Order Form, attached with commercial documents, and present to APLL office either by fax, eMail attachment or by hand to APLL Counter at 16/F, Wharf T&T Centre. For shipment ex Yantian, please send fax or email to APLL Graco team at Yantian office. • Within one working day of complete & accurate document in receipt, APLL will notify vendors of the booking numbers for the purpose of cargo delivery (CFS), booking acknowledgement(CY). • In general, the ‘Carrier Booking Confirmation’ is ready to release to vendors on 5 –7 days prior to CY closing.

  9. Shipping Instruction • For CY shipment, cargo loading information(SI) are to be submitted to APLL before APLL SI cut-off marked on carrier’s booking confirmation. • All shipping data including Container number and Seal number on SI must be correct enabling the loaded containers to be loaded onboard the booked vessel. • All vendors are required to submit Original C/O (if applicable) to APLL Hong Kong office within 2 days after ship sails. • APLL ready to release Forwarder Cargo Receipt (FCR) to vendor within one working day of full set and accurate document in receipt. • All vendors responsible to pay local charges to APLL to exchange Forwarder Cargo Receipt (FCR) within 4 days after ship sails.

  10. Booking - Additional Information • 1. Following information must be shown on bookings : - • Seller’ complete name & Address, contact person name, telephone & fax no. • Consignee name & address • Port of Loading • Destination • PO No., Style No., & Shipping Marks • Declare ‘This Shipment has/has not contains Solid Wood Packing Material’ • A precise commodity description • The quantities & number of cartons based on the cargo description • Carton measurement (M3) and weight (kg) and/or required containers equipment • Cargo Ready Date 2. For Textiles/Quota Cargo, vendors are required to submit valid Export Licence upon booking to APL Logistics. 3. Vendor should deliver their cargo to APL Logistics warehouse by PO/Style breakdown.
