  2. Calculator Function: Finding an Intersection of Two Curves To find the coordinates of the intersection(s) of two curves: • Press 2nd and TRACE (CALC) • Select 5:interesect • When each direction is satisfied, hit ENTER

  3. Calculator & Solving Equations Method 1: Enter – Calculator Function – Intersection Left Side Right Side There are two intersections, so there are two solutions. CALC: intersect You are trying to solve for x, so we can ignore the y-values. OR x-coordinates!
