After 25 years with the Austrian Police, I joined the delegation in Sarajevo as a Regional Security Officer (RSO). My experience includes representing staff interests and understanding various challenges faced by colleagues across seven delegations. It is crucial for us to unite as one cohesive group, despite the different statuses and issues at headquarters and delegations. By working together, we can overcome obstacles and create a successful future for everyone involved. Let’s embrace collaboration to ensure we are resilient and strong.

Peter Hinteregger After 25 years with the Austrian Police I joined the Delegation in Sarajevo as a RSO. During my time with the Austrian administration I was a staff representative. At the moment I am covering 7 Delegations and therefore I know many problems of our colleagues in the Delegations. At HQ level and at the Delegations there are colleagues with different status with different problems. Nevertheless, we have to act as a single group and only together we can be strong. Lets give us the chance to create a bright future for all of us at HQ level and at the Delegations.
