IEEE Spectrum Change for Students • Keep $32 as student membership dues • Starting 2013 Online only Spectrum • $5 extra for print option • $15 extra for both (print & online) • Free apps available for downloads North America Student Congress Modeled after R8, R9 and R10 Funding a BIG challenge ……I don’t see it going anywhere without IEEE funding ……

  4. 2012 SAC Activities Highlights • Over 100 student branches in R1 • Many with less than 20 students • 4 with “0” student members ! • Largest @ MIT with > 200 student members • Several new branch and branch chapters established • Student Branch Website competition – Aug 15 2012 - 6 entrees received • R1 Student Conference at Hartford – Connecticut, March, 2012 - @ 110 attendees from R1
