Position’s Primary Purpose Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Provides leadership to the organisation in the management of human, legal, financial, technical, funding and marketing resources on behalf of the Board, within established strategic plans, policies and procedures. Be the principal advisor to the Board. Corporate Service Manager Effectively and lawfully manages the finance, accounts, corporate governance, information technology and human resources administration/payroll functions of the organisation Principal Legal Manager - Manages regional AFLS services including legal and non-legal staff - Oversees the case management of AFLS legal services for victims of family violence and sexual assault, including children - Key liaison resource between the agency (AFLS) and Legal Aid, and other stakeholders - Key leadership role in provision of legal services

Human Resources Consultant Develops, implements, monitors and report son all aspects of human resource management across all non-executive roles in AFLS in liaison with the Chief Executive Officer. Effectively and comprehensively manages people services and ensure compliance with legislative frameworks, internal policies and procedures. Executive Assistant Supports the work flow of the CEO and the Corporate Services Manager with administration requirements and general office management and in addition to performing specialist co-ordination work in the areas of media/promotions, board related activities and travel co-ordination. Regional Coordinator Manages the day-to-day operations of the AFLS office by coordinating and leading the regional team in the delivery of services consistent with the Operational Framework, the Strategic Plan and the Operational Plan. Solicitor Provides legal services for victims of family violence and abuse in accordance with legal requirements, professional ethics and AFLS policy and procedure.

Community Support Officer Is the key liaison resource between victims of Aboriginal family violence and abuse and the services of ALFS, promoting the service within regional communities – referring clients to AFLS solicitors for legal representation, keeping the Regional Coordinator informed of case status, and providing legal education and general support services to victims in line with the organisation strategic objectives. Administration Support Officers/Trainee Supports AFLS team members with their administration requirements and performs any front line reception duties as directed by the Regional Coordinator. Administration Trainee Supports the Corporate Services Office performing a diverse range of administration coordination and site support duties as directed.
