CVSS Employee Demonstration

1. CVSS Employee Demonstration This demonstration will show you an overview of the employee capabilities of the CVSS application.

2. The CVSS login screen.

3. Employee Main Menu. You can view your information, manager messages and anyone you are a surrogate to.

4. Employee Requests. Main menu for requests. You can view your current request information by year.

5. Employee Requests – Add Request – Step 1 of 3. Enter your vacation requests through this process. You select the date and the number of days you want to span.

6. Employee Requests – Add Request – Step 2 of 3. You can select the request type and the number of hours and add any notes about the request you want.

7. Employee Requests – Add Request – Step 3 of 3. You can verify the information entered is correct and then submit the request.

8. Employee Requests – View Requests. You can view current requests that have been entered by year.

9. Employee Requests – Delete Requests. You can delete only future requests. An email is sent to your manager.

10. Group Requests. Here is where you can view all requests for your team in a calendar format.

11. Employee Reports. You can view specific reports concerning your employee and request information.

12. Employee Reports – Employee Data. View your current information that is entered into the application.

13. Employee Reports – Request Summary. View your current request information by the year.

14. Employee Options. You can modify your information and change your password to the application.
