  1. Model Session Core Skill: 1 v 1 – Introduction 6 6 4 4 2 2 Objective: To Improve acceleration speed after a 1v1 move Organization: Groups of 6 players in a 15x10m area. With a small Diamond in the middle Players 1&2 both run with the ball towards the central Diamond and both perform set move. Scissors with the left foot and then take the ball with the outside of the Right foot, they then aim to get to the other line in 2 touches Progression: 1. Scissors Right 2. Feint Left, go right 3.   2. Model Session 1 V 1 – Skill Training 15m Organization: Area 15m wide x 25m long, Scoring Zones 5m out from each goal line. 2 small goals at each end. Players are split into 2 teams who start diagonally opposite each other. On coaches call 1 player from each team runs around corner pole, and around closest goal. Coach plays pass to Blue 1 who then tries to beat Red 1 To score the player must be in the scoring zone. If defender wins the ball they can then score at the opposite end. Nominate 1 player from each team to count the total number of team goals scored. Players swap roles after each turn. Change sides where Attackers and Defenders start from. Progression: 2v2 Methodical development: Vary the service to the attackers(up in the air) Adjust the distance Defenders have to cover(further away easier for the attackers) 1 1 25m C 1 1
