Simple DIY Bristle Bots: A Fun and Creative Robotics Project
Join us in creating simple, easy-to-make bristle bots that are engaging and fun! Our project involves designing basic robots from easily sourced materials like toothbrush heads, batteries, and cell phone vibrators. Although we faced challenges in controlling the robots, we aim to make them controllable for an exciting racing experience. With plans to make 20 bots for a race track, this project promotes creativity and DIY skills. Safety concerns led us to forego a laser lighter burner, but our focus remains on building simple, accessible robotics that anyone can enjoy.

INTRODUCTION • We are making a simple robot that is small and easy to make. The design is very basic and doesn’t allow it to do anything special. • The only problem with it is that we are unable to control it , but we hope to make it controllable. • We also are planning to make 20 of them and put them on a race track. • On the other hand we were going to make a laser lighter burner. • But we decided not to do it due to the safety reasons .
materials • The materials required are • 10 tooth brush heads • 20 batteries • 10 cell phone vibrators • Double sided tape • Stickers (to decorated) • Paint(to decorate)
design batteries Cell phone vibrator Double sided tape \ tooth brush head
Final idea • Our final idea is to make the bristle bots because it is the most easiest thing that we could make and the parts required are not hard to get or expensive. • Also it is simple to make and also creative , and finally it is fun to make and attracts the attention of others.
