Hybrid Propulsion Main advantages of diesel – electrical hybrid propulsion • Respecting the environment, silent and comfortable in electrical mode at more sensible sites (zero emission). • Comfortable navigation and fuel efficient in electrical mode with a great autonomy while cruising. • Easy control in electrical and diesel mode with a shared single lever control. • Easy to switch instantly between electrical and diesel modes if needed, for example in case of strong winds or counter currents. • Security; automatic recharging of the batteries in diesel mode, no constraints or autonomy problems. • The intercalated hybrid system can be mounted on the entire Nanni Diesel range complying with the most stringent emission regulations in the world (EPA, RCD, BSO).
