All You Need to Know About PSARA License for Rajasthan About PSARA The role of Private Security Agencies is to provide security guards for various reasons and offer training to security guards as well. The operational functioning of these agencies governs under The Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005, and applies to the agencies throughout the country, exempting the state of Jammu and Kashmir. According to this act, you cannot commence the Private Security Agency business without holding a private License for PSARA Act in Rajasthan. Penalty If You Do Not Hold a Valid PSARA License For Rajasthan If any business, person, or entity does not hold a PSARA License and commences the Private Security Agency business, they have to bear the imprisonment extending up to a year. Besides, the penalty might also extend to Twenty-Five Thousand rupees. In certain cases, businesses might also need to bear both the punishments as well. Important Documents for PSARA License in Rajasthan • Incorporation certificate for Firm/Company/Trust/Society/Association of Persons • For a sole proprietor, a License allowed by the labor department is important • Firm/ Association of persons/Trust MOU (Memorandum of Association) or the partnership deed for Society/ Company/ • Certificate of security skills for Directors/ Proprietor/ Partners • Residence proof for Directors/ Partners/ Proprietors • Ownership proof or the rental deed • NOC on the stamp paper given by the Landlord
