Special District Amendments • Road District1 • Motion: Amend the cost of City of Missoula Road District Number 1 to $60,000, and (1) modify the work plan to direct these assessments to mitigate the costs of curb, gutter, and sidewalk installation for owner-occupied residential properties, and (2) direct the mayor to present to Council a plan for utilizing road district assessments within three months of adopting the FY 11 budget.
