  10. 3 FACTS: We do what we value and value what we do! Never change a structure until you change a value! Our actions must grow our of our values . . . and our values must grow out of what God values!

  11. LAYERS OF LIFE We all live within certain layers or spheres of life. In those layers we do our thinking, relating, deciding, acting and planning. It is important to understand the layer of life in which we live and have our being. Sometimes we reside in one layer of life but honestly believe we live in another.

  12. LAYERS OF LIFE Practices P r i o r i t i e s V a l u e s Principles G O D

  13. LAYERS OF LIFE Practices Practices CUSTOM “These are our traditions.” P r i o r i t i e s PRECEDENT “We always do it this way.” V a l u e s We must value what God values! CONVICTION “This is what I believe.” Principles TRUTH “The Bible says.” G O D REVELATION “This is God.”

  14. Martin Luther and Small Groups “But those who seriously want to be Christians and to confess the gospel in deed and word would have to register their names andgather themselves somewhere in a house alone. “Here one could alsoconduct baptism and communion in a brief and fine manner, and direct everything to the word, prayer and mutual love . . . THIS IS A SMALL GROUP STRATEGY!

  15. TWO CHURCH SYSTEMS 20% of the leaders equip the other 80% to “do the work of ministry in and through cell life.” TRADITIONAL 80% 20% 20% 20% of the best members maintain the Program System for 80% of the members. 80% CELL SYSTEM
