Founded by Matthew Trim in 2017, Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group is currently one of the most respected boutique agencies in Adelaide. He purchased 131 Pizza in 2012 and successfully built it to become the largest independent Pizza Group in the country with more than 200 member stores nation-wide. In 2003, Matthew founded Hospitality Group that encompassed restaurants, bars and pubs across the North Adelaide and Norwood Region. As the Managing Director/Operations Director, he successfully built Trim Hospitality from a start-up business to $5m within 3 years with significant and sustained increases to gross profit and EBITDA. In 1998, he started his career with Trims Retail as a Retail Operations Manager. One of his key achievements while working with them was executing commercial management strategies that drove growth within the group beyond $15m per annum.

Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group, Adelaide, South Australia • Founded by Matthew Trim in 2017 after he completed his diploma in Property Services, Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group is currently one of the most respected boutique agencies in Adelaide. • As the Company Director, Trim focuses on innovation and productivity with extensive local knowledge to meet clients’ needs.

  3. 131 Pizza, Melbourne, Victoria • Matthew Trim purchased 131 Pizza in 2012 and successfully built it to become the largest independent Pizza Group in the country with more than 200 member stores nation-wide. • As the Business Development Director, he managed business relationships; and led customer service, account management sales and staffing operations. • He also worked with numerous restaurants to increase their revenue and profitability. • Besides that, he successfully developed new business streams that aided organisational profitability, and also implemented Salesforce CRM that helped increase business productivity.
