  4. Highlights of points for Nov’12. SKYPE Presentations of Branches with CRORES Team. Live Link of Internet Leased Line (Vodafone) in HOJ. Installations of New Computer in LEH/ANL/VVD. Firewall/Cyberoam Version Updates. Upgradations of SUN, IBM & Mail Servers 6. Complete RES & HBET Websites. 7. Testing of Video Conferencing with 5 Users.

  5. Point No.1:- (SKYPE Presentations)We have successfully done SKYPE presentations of 140 branches with CRORES team. Out of 140 branches, 110 branches have successfully done presentation in there own stations & remaininng 30 branches have completed there presentations through near by stations & SFO’s. We have also done presentations in VPN stations. Successful Rate Chart for No. of Stations Branches Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Profitibility & 3. Image of the Company.

  6. Point No.2:- (Live Internet Connections in HOJ)We have successfully installed live Internet Leased Line (4MB Bandwidth) link in in HOJ, D2D, Hospital, NIC & JNL. The link is working properly as report getting from all units. From this we have also get SKYPE presentations in VPN stations through proxy internet connections. Tower Link Confirmation Mail-Vodafone Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Image of the Company.

  7. Point No.3:- (Installations of New Computers) We have successfully Installed New Computers in ANL & VVD office. Also we have installed all company software & get confirmation from Users. User Satisfaction Report attached: VAVADI ANL Parameters: 1. Efficiency & 2. Image of the Company.

  8. Point No.4:- Update version of Cyberoam:We have successfully Upgrade version of Cyberoam/Firewall from 10.04.0.304 to 10.04.0.311. Due to this the problems of the Internet hanging & slow speed of delivering mails are resolved. Parameters: 1. Efficiency & 2. Avoid future problems

  9. Point No.5:- (Upgradations of Servers) We have successfully upgraded BIOS 6.0.6001 & RAID Controller Version of IBM, SUN & Mail Server with the help of Consultants of various company’s. Due to this the server performance increased & also the hanging problem been resolved. Point No.6:- (Upgradations of Win XP to WIN 7) We have successfully upgraded Computers from Windows XP to Windows 7. Due to this the speed of Computers increased & improved 90% issues of hardware from this windows. Details is attached below: Total No. of Computers in HOJ : 151 Total No. of User in Win 7 : 121 No. of Users in Win XP : 30 Total No. of Users Upgraded from Windows XP to WIN 7 = 15 e.g 1. Sunil Koul 2. Suman Lata 3. Avneet Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Avoid future problems.

  10. Point No.7:- (Counselling & Selection Criteria through SKYPE) We have provided support to HPD for counselling of Internal Staff of branches & New recruitments. Also we have given training to staff for video conferencing with branches. Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Profitibility & 3. Image of the Company.

  11. Point No.8:- (Testing of Video Conferencing of 5 Users:We have successfully done Video Conferencing of 5 Users through TAB, I PAD, Laptop & Desktop through M/s Sify Technologies Ltd.   12. Point No.9:- (Websites Upgradations) We have completed Roshan Educational Society Websites as advised by Mr. Kunil Bhalla & Mrs. Kalindi Bhalla. Appreciations from Management: Parameters: 1. Image of the Company.

  13. Future Plans for M/O Dec’12 • 1. Maintenance of Server Computer in HOJ. • 2. Managed Computer Stock of Each Branches. • 3. Installations of 6 Camera’s in HOJ. • 4. Shifting of Data Card from TATA to BSNL. • 5. SOP for Email password protections. • 6. Installations of Managed Switch. • 7. Automation of Profit Loss at Test Audit
