  2. Daily Summary Graph • For this analysis, we captured unique HDL/LDL overrides • An override is considered unique if that same Resource did not have an override within the last 10 minutes • There were 43 total unique overrides in November • As compared to 17 in October and 13 in September

Reasons for Manual HDL/LDL Overrides • A significant number of overrides required as a result of outages creating transient stability issues • Also needed overrides for contingencies becoming unsolved in RTCA due to low voltages • A small number due to Operators pre-posturing the system in preparation for outages • Remainder due to voltage support needs resulting from planned outages
