Enhancing Leadership through the Mentor-Mentee Program
The Mentor-Mentee Program offers GMC members the chance to connect with POCs for guidance and support. This initiative enables GMCs to learn from the experiences of POCs while POCs can exemplify leadership and offer wisdom related to ROTC, their majors, and life skills. Responsibilities include sharing insights, completing mid-term and final reports, and fostering personal connections. Tentative events such as PT sessions and potlucks will facilitate bonding and growth. For questions, reach out to C/1st Lt. Stockton at rockinhelen@yahoo.com or call 210-287-4980.
