HealthCare.gov is designed to inform U.S. citizens about obtaining medical insurance and the Medicaid/CHIP programs. Aimed at adults needing government-issued medical insurance, the site provides information on applications, costs, and exemptions. However, its basic text-heavy design lacks engaging graphics, the search function is unresponsive, and it only supports two languages natively without accessibility features. Improvements could include adding images, optimizing buttons, integrating an interactive banner, adjusting text size in the navigation bar, and supporting additional languages.
