Introduction of invention • Increase PH of acidic foods and beverages. • Decrease chances of heartburn and other esophageal diseases, etc. • Calcium Glycerophosphate (CGP) serves as a flavor modulator.
Purpose • To decrease biting flavor associated with eating acidic food • To impart to the food a PH that is tolerable to the esophagus and the stomach of the consumer • Provides a calcium and phosphorus supplements to the consumers.
Commercialization plan • Manufacturer can convince the consumers that there are positive health effects • Easy usage • Can be used in beverages such as coffee, beer, fruit juice and food such as spaghetti and pizzas. • Can be added to acidic medicines such as aspirin. • Comes in the form of powder can be easily supplied to the consumer. • Can be swallowed or chewed.
