  1. There are 3 representatives from each country network that attend the delegates’ conference. Delegates Conference - Meets every 3 years The regional board is a board of country network boards and 1 representative per country network (at this stage 10 country networks) sit on the board. Regional Board of 11 Persons - Meets annually The executive committee is elected at the delegates’ conference and consists of the Finance and Fundraising Subcommittee; and the Legal, Policy and Advocacy Subcommittee. Executive Committee of 5 -Meets quarterly Secretariat Executive Director Committees Finance and Administration PLHIV National Network Support (Institutional Development) Head of Programmes between Director and the rest of the other levels. Knowledge Management, Advocacy and Communications Finance, Human Resources & Resource Mobilization Committee Policy and Advocacy Committee Budget Monitoring Committee The structure of the secretariat is a functional structure outlining the key areas of work at the secretariat. The Secretariat is headed by Executive Director supported by Programmes Director who performs the duties of Chief Operating Officer.
