  6. Conlusion • Usabilityoftherainbow trout in theconditionsoftheCzechRepublicismovingat 80,8% - 85,8%. • Thecompositionofmuscleof trout in theconditionsoftheCzechRepublicwasfoundoutbetween 25,25 – 34,22% fordrymatter, 17,91 – 20,87% forproteins, 7,09-14,12% forfat.
