Butmyparting words,what's assistedmeinthelongrun isjustnottobe hardonmyself.Okay,it's soimportanttolookinmyowneyesinthemirror.Ifyoucan'tdothat,wegotsomeissues.Andthereneedstobe someselfrespect.Ilikepeoplethatmaketheirbedinthemorning,ifthey'recapableof hitting thegym, so they can release and retain.And if you can have a better diet, so we just don't do funfoodallthetime,wehavefoodthatcanmaintainandgiveyouprotein.Youknow,I always believethatregardlessofanysortofoutcome,attheendoftheday,ifyouknowyoudidthings withhonorableintentionsandgoodfaith,youshouldbeabletolivewithyourselfbecausealot ofpeoplecomparewaytoomuchandthat's okay.
