  4. What’re My First Steps? • Register your company at the Central Contractor Registration website: http://www.ccr.gov When registering in CCR, select “small business” and a subset of your CCR data will be sent to SBA for size validation and inclusion in the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS)

This will allow you to locate contracts within the Southwest Division area of responsibility, including California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.
